Role Description

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role involves partnering with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and provide guidance on human resources best practices.

  • Experience with Employee Relations and managing workplace issues

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work on-site in the Nashville Metropolitan Area
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Experience in the music or entertainment industry is advantageous
