About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level to senior Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis. If you have the ability to stay on task, prioritize, have excellent communication skills, and remain highly organized in a fast-moving environment, this role is perfect for you! The ideal candidate has agency or in-house experience as a creative Project Manager, preferably in the creator-space, and is adept at managing multiple campaigns across workstreams with a strong ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive process efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with internal stakeholders to set and track creative project milestones, timelines and deadlines for creator campaigns across clients
  • Provide recommendations on efficiencies in project workflow
  • Collaborate with relevant team members across multiple departments including Creative, Client Services, and Media to identify, and solve, possible roadblocks
  • Utilize marketing and sales collateral, visual presentations, research reports and sales to support our clients and help them achieve their objectives
  • Awareness of current team resources as it pertains to work load related to deadlines and goals; ability to re-allocate resources should there be a need

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years creative project management in the social and/or creator marketing industry or an agency or media company
  • Self starter and creative problem solver, with a strong ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive process efficiencies
  • Proven ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset, easily adapting to quickly changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills, clear communicator, and attention to detail that thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at managing and tracking multiple workstreams and campaigns across teams

Note: Pearpop operates on a hybrid schedule & candidates need to be located in Los Angeles

Compensation

$45-$55/hr
