Role Description
This is a remote, full-time role for a Head of Sales – Healthcare Sales at Impact Health Sharing. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales initiatives, and expanding business partnerships. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase market reach.
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve high performance.
- Identifying and acquiring new clients through prospecting and outreach.
- Managing key accounts and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Analyzing sales data and tracking KPIs to optimize strategies.
- Expanding B2B and referral-based partnerships to enhance growth opportunities.
- Providing sales training and support to ensure team success.
- Maximizing commission-based and residual income opportunities for long-term success.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue.
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills with experience managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Expertise in B2B sales, consultative selling, and key account management.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in commission-based and residual income roles.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, flexible environment.
- Background in network marketing, affinity partnerships, or referral-based sales is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
