WHO YOU ARE:

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is enthusiastic about interaction design and eager to build practical experience while contributing to real-world projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for emerging designers to apply their foundational design skills in a professional setting, where they can gain hands-on experience with design systems, user-centered design principles, and collaborative tools. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • OWNING
    • Collaborate with top-tier designers and creative leaders to shape and refine design concepts that push boundaries and set new standards.
    • Own your creative impact by actively participating in design reviews, workshops, and collaborative sessions that challenge the status quo.
    • Be a go-to resource for the design team, offering support to move projects forward seamlessly.

    • Bring ideas to life by contributing to the research, creative vision, and design execution of projects, ensuring they align with client goals, audience needs, and project constraints.
    • Participate in design innovation by brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and refining ideas that blend aesthetics and function.
    • Create compelling documentation that communicates design intent with clarity and impact.
WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Currently enrolled in/or have a Bachelor’s degree focusing on Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Graphic Design preferred.
  • A portfolio of projects documenting the ability to develop design solutions (through research, sketching, and final layout).
  • Proficient in Figma, with familiarity in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design systems. Experience with collaboration tools like FigJam or Miro; proficiency in presentation tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design heuristics and interaction design methods.
  • Demonstrates a solid foundation of typography and layout.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about designing for the future.
