GWS Deployment Engineer / Google Workspace Deployment Engineer (Hybrid in San Diego,CA)
We need people with the Google Workspace Deployment experience. They should have experience in migration from M365 to Google Workspace. Have been managing Google Workspace for more than 5 years. Should be Google Certified Workspace Admin
JD :
- Managing Google Workspace Deployment,Migration & Support for multiple deployments
- Hands on experience with various data migration tools(Google native and 3rd party
tools)
- 2 years+ Hands on experience with scripting/API integration and development
- Managing customer relationships and winning confidence for technical delivery.
- Supporting team in technical configuration, change management activities,
- perform ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change,
configuration, and event management.
- To ensure that service agreements with the provider are observed and concluded.
- To analyze service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose
and implement improvement actions, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide GWS Support.Working Knowledge of GWS Administration, Data migration with
different tools, Google Cloud Directory Sync,GAM with hands on experience
- Familiarity with IT security practices such as identity and access management, device
management, and data protection
- Familiar with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Powershell, MDM
- Plan, set up, and execute data migration from the client s legacy system (e.g. O365 etc)
