Position: Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Day 1 Onsite, 3 days office
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Cypress and Java, and expertise in API/Microservices test automation. The SDET will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated tests for our applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using Cypress and Java
Develop and execute API/Microservices test automation using RESTAssured/Karate
Experience with API/Microservices mocking using Mockito/Wiremock/Mountebank
Experience with Service virtualization using any tool
Connect to MongoDB/Postgres via scripts and access/modify data
Participate in CICD process and setup using Jenkins
Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools
Required Qualifications:
Solid experience with Cypress and Java
Experience with API/Microservices test automation using RESTAssured/Karate
Experience with API/Microservices mocking using Mockito/Wiremock/Mountebank
Experience with Service virtualization using any tool
Experience with connecting to MongoDB/Postgres via scripts
Experience with CICD process and setup using Jenkins
Nice to Have:
Parallel execution knowledge using Saucelabs
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
