We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Help Desk 1 role in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. The primary function of this role is to provide technical assistance to computer system users remotely or over the telephone.

Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to users, resolving lower complexity issues.
Communicate with users to identify and troubleshoot computer problems.
Operate computer software such as configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, and internet directory services software.
Use technical manuals and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and rectify issues.
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
Install software or perform hardware testing remotely.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
Utilize problem-solving skills to manage time effectively and work independently.
Ensure accurate operation of electronic equipment, computer hardware, and software.
Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation.

Requirements

Proven experience in Customer Service
Exceptional Communication skills
Experience in Training and Operations
Strong knowledge of Technical Support procedures
Ability to deliver effective Presentations
Proficiency in the use of 'About Time' software
Basic understanding of Internet and its functionalities
Knowledge of Benefit Functions
Ability to Troubleshoot technical issues effectively
Fluency in English Language
Experience in providing Deskside Support
Excellent Time Management skills
Knowledge of Consumer Electronics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
Ability to Resolve Issues promptly
Experience in Configuration Management
