Broadcast and Production Engineer

We seek an experienced Audio/Visual and Broadcast Production Engineer to provide daily on-site support for A/V and production resources. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service in a corporate environment, requiring strong audio/video skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with broadcast switchers, audio consoles, and cameras.
  
• Develop production workflows based on show requirements, including router configuration and signal flows.
  
• Provide technical support for live events, operating audio consoles and video switchers.
  
• Program and modify Crestron control systems and manage audio networks.
  
• Conduct preventive maintenance and facilitate hardware upgrades with partners.
  
• Oversee digital signage, video/audio conferencing technologies, and streaming distribution.
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Film, Broadcast, Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  
• 5+ years in AV Field Engineer, Broadcast Engineer, or Technical Manager roles.
  
• Technical certifications (e.g., CTS, Crestron, Dante, QSYS) preferred.
  
• Proficient in reading AV system diagrams and supporting documentation.
  

Compensation: $80,000 - 100,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
