- Managing end-to-end Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation implementations.
- Configuring compensation plans and testing changes.
- Analyzing and resolving production issues.
- Collaborating with business and IT teams for solution design.
- Implementing imports for users, participants, transactions, and goals.
- Overseeing Oracle Quarterly Patching and instance refreshes.
- Creating custom queries and value sets based on SQL.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.
- Strong understanding of compensation plans, rules, and incentive compensation processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration.
- Experience with security roles, imports (users, participants, transactions), and resolving production issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and IT teams for solution design.
- Familiarity with Oracle Quarterly Patching and instance refreshes.
