KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead IT strategy in manufacturing Develop and execute technology strategies that enhance operational efficiency, automation, and overall productivity in a manufacturing setting.
Strengthen cybersecurity Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data, systems, and intellectual property.
Drive digital transformation Introduce smart manufacturing technologies, optimize IT workflows, and leverage data analytics for continuous improvement.
Manage vendors & budgets Build strong partnerships with technology providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective IT investments tailored to manufacturing needs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
Manufacturing IT expertise Experience implementing technology solutions in a manufacturing environment, optimizing production systems, and supporting operational technology (OT).
Proven leadership 5-7 years of IT management experience, with a strong background in leading IT teams and initiatives in manufacturing settings.
Technical know-how Deep understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, ERP systems, and data analytics, with a focus on improving manufacturing operations.
IT project management & vendor relations Skilled in managing technology projects, negotiating vendor contracts, and implementing cost-effective IT solutions for manufacturing.
Regulatory & compliance knowledge Familiarity with manufacturing IT regulations, cybersecurity best practices, and industry compliance requirements.
