Our client, a leading apparel and sporting goods manufacturing company, is looking for a Materials Data Analyst. This is for an initial duration of 12 months and is located in Beaverton, OR.
Job Type: Contract (Candidates must be able to work on W2 without VISA sponsorship)

What you will work on:
- You ll support an enterprise project Materials Transformation to reduce material complexity to drive consumer right innovation and profitability.
- You ll work on data analytics, strategy development & execution, and stakeholder relationships.
- You will illuminate insights based on materials, product, capability, and enterprise financial goals.
- You ll learn about the key vendor base to optimize alignment and capabilities.
- You and your team will focus on delivering the goals for the season at hand and driving toward longer-term priorities.
What you bring:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
- 0-2 years work experience & Analytical background
- Strong Excel and math skills
- Strong data visualization skills with Tableau
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Snowflake preferred
- Python / R knowledge preferred (Alteryx experience preferred)
- Ability to comb through large amounts of data, analyze, draw conclusions, and present a coherent viewpoint
- Project management abilities
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, creative problem solver & want to get their hands dirty
- Able to think on their feet and articulate problems well
- Strong team player and ability to work with other teams
- Previous experience or coursework focused on procurement, operations, supply chain preferred
