
Lead Product Owner (Local to TX)
- Develop a delivery roadmap for your products, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing user stories and refining requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure clarity, feasibility, and value-driven execution of features.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth team operations.
- Identify and remove impediments, enhancing team productivity and efficiency.
- Act as a servant leader, coaching and mentoring teams on Agile best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure alignment with Agile methodologies and organizational objectives while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
- Experience working in a technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Product Owner (CSPO, PSPO) certification preferred.
