DataStaff, Inc. is in need of a Programmer Analyst for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Richmond, VA.
*This position is remote
Responsibilities:
- Develop and incorporate business processes to enhance application modules.
- Write and modify application code to customize modules based on the business processes change.
- Collaborate development and other technical activities with other team members.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience with web-based application development including designing, building and implementing solutions for business problems
- Understanding of layered architecture and application development using multiple frameworks
- Experience with data integration and data exchange using multiple technologies
- Experience with JAVA script, jQuery, Web services, HTML, JSP, JSON, XML, CSS
- Experience with Oracle/SQL Server or other relational database design and related back-end programming
- Experience with application development using .NET, C#, Power Platform
- Experience working with source control tool GIT and DevOps processes
- Strong analytical skill, knowledge and experience of customizing modules using Microsoft technologies are strongly preferred.
- Candidate should be an excellent team player with ability to analyze the problem and provide resolution independently.
- Excellent communication skill is required.
Required Skills:
- 7 Years - Web-based applications designing, building and implementing business solutions
- 5 Years - jQuery, Webservices, HTML, JSP, JSON, XML, CSS
- 5 Years - Microsoft .NET / C# and related design frameworks and MVC architecture
- 5 Years - Relational database design and understanding back-end development using Oracle/SQL Server
- 3 Years - Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules or other ERP systems, Power Platform
- 3 Years - Data integration, data exchange and data migration
- 2 Years - Microsoft Azure cloud platform integration
Desired Skills:
- 2 Years - Analyzing and understanding of JAVA based application code
- 2 Years - Source control management using Git or other tools and DevOps processes
- 2 Years - Workflow automation processes in Dynamics 365
- 2 Years - Experience scheduling automated jobs in stated environments
