Summary
The Senior Regional Office Information Technology (IT) Specialist leads the delivery of audio services and IT offerings across the United States, with emphasis on teamwork, customer commitment, urgency, and continuous improvement. This position provides technical advice and support to employee-owners while ensuring quality IT and audio services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead installation, repair, and troubleshooting of computer hardware/software issues
- Manage preventative IT/Network maintenance and collaborate with Corporate IT on infrastructure issues
- Resolve Audio Visual (AV) issues and lead the design/implementation of corporate AV standards for office relocations
- Lead asset management tasks, maintain equipment inventories, and provide support via multiple channels
- Develop cost proposals, meet revenue/customer satisfaction goals, and provide leadership to the department
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 8+ years experience (experience may substitute for degree)
- Self-starter with strong initiative, follow-through, and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Technical expertise in desktops, workstations, laptops, and LAN/WAN environments
- Excellent audio visual troubleshooting abilities and analytical problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with A+ certification preferred
