Scrum Master

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring the Scrum process is followed, and removing any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Coach and support team members in applying Agile principles.
• Help remove obstacles or impediments that may impact the team's ability to deliver.
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Ensure the team stays on track to meet project deadlines and goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.
• Scrum Master certification is a plus.
