One of our clients located in Tallahassee, FL is searching for a Project Leader consulting services to coordinate, plan, document, perform, and track projects within the Department of Health s (Department) Office of Information Technology. This will include coordinating and collaborating with the divisions and program areas within the Department. Contractor will provide these services to the Department.
Work will begin on or around 7/1/2024. It will end at midnight, Eastern Time on 6/30/2027. There is an opportunity for the contract to be extended.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years demonstrated experience scheduling, planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks for successful completion of the projects.
- 3 years demonstrated experience with IT Project Management.
- Demonstrated experience managing 1 or more cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE TASKS:
- Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: Each week, coordinate work efforts as directed by the Department.
- Each week, provide status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts as directed by the Department.
- Each week, assemble project plans and teamwork assignments as directed by the Department
- Each week, direct and monitor work efforts as directed by the Department.
- Every day, track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources needs to meet the needs of customers as directed by the Department.
- Every day, provide issue tracking and reporting as directed by the Department.
- Every day, as directed by the Department communicate with Department management
Department and project teams to ensure:
The status of deliverables are clearly understood by the Department project team and project stakeholders.
Risks and issues are known by the Department project team and managed by the project leader. As directed by the Department, coordinate communication and follow up with stakeholders regarding the scope, budget, risks, issues, and resources of the work efforts being managed. Every day, track new and existing project costs as directed by the Department.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK:
The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
DELIVERABLES:
Contractor will complete and submit the following deliverables to the Department in the time and manner specified:
Monthly: Provision of project leader consulting services in the time and manner specified above.
