- 10 years in the following:
- Microsoft Project
- Budget, forecast, and accruals
- 3rd party vendor management
- Contract bidding and negotiations
- Project Management Principles
- Construction purchasing
- Construction standards and designs

Job Duties
Roles reports to the Project Control/Management Office. (PCO/PMO)
- Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects
- Regular interval progress reporting - Progress reporting
- Maintaining Project Financial budgets (accruals, forecasts, actuals)
- Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues
- Creation of time cards (PWA)
- Job Site Safety Enforcement
- Coordinates project meetings review status/escalate issues for corrective action.
- Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate
- Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes.
- Escalation of issues to PCO
- Change request
- Responsible for Internal Coordination of
- Change management (IT CAB) - when needed
- Verification of Alignment
- Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources
- Site turn up of equipment and Acceptance testing.
- Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status)
- Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources
