8 am to 4 pm CST Monday thru Friday or as applicable to the project teams

Job Duties

Roles reports to the Project Control/Management Office. (PCO/PMO)

  • Development and Management of project Delivery and Cost schedules for 1-10 projects
  • Regular interval progress reporting - Progress reporting
  • Maintaining Project Financial budgets (accruals, forecasts, actuals)
  • Negotiating schedules and resolving late delivery issues
  • Creation of time cards (PWA)
  • Job Site Safety Enforcement
  • Coordinates project meetings review status/escalate issues for corrective action.
  • Identification of Issues and Risks on projects escalate as appropriate
  • Submission of PO Reqs and confirmation of delivery for invoicing purposes.
  • Escalation of issues to PCO
  • Change request
  • Responsible for Internal Coordination of
  • Change management (IT CAB) - when needed
  • Verification of Alignment
  • Network infrastructure installation schedules and resources
  • Site turn up of equipment and Acceptance testing.
  • Coordination/Monitoring with 3rd Party Vendors (Reporting to PCO status)
  • Identification of Permitting needs using internal and external resources
