RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Credit Business Analyst in San Antonio, TX.
Duties Include:
* Credit Business Analyst will analyze non-IT business problems and articulate requirements to support process improvement
* Identify alternative solutions and recommend strategies to enhance underwriting decisions
* Prepare clear, concise documentation based on your analysis, including rationale and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of analyzing loan application and credit/financial performance data to make strategic recommendations
* 5+ years of coding in a SAS/SQL environment to extract, aggregate, validate, and prepare data for analysis
* Proven communication skills to engage stakeholders and gain buy-in for recommended changes
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in SAS/SQL for data extraction and analysis
* Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and financial modeling
* Expertise in PowerPoint to create compelling presentations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
