Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned and highly skilled PLM Business Analyst / Process Consultant to lead a PLM greenfield implementation program. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in 3DEXPERIENCE Functional Consulting, process mapping, and a proven ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. The role also involves supporting the validation of new functionalities and managing cloud migrations and adoption initiatives (AWS/Azure preferred).

Key Responsibilities

PLM Implementation & Process Consulting

• Lead PLM greenfield implementation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Provide hands-on expertise as a 3DEXPERIENCE Functional Consultant in migrating and mapping in-house applications to the 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM platform.

Business Analysis

• Conduct business analysis and develop business requirement specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and optimize process workflows in alignment with Manufacturing/APQP processes.

Process Mapping & Functional Support

• Perform process mapping from 3DEXPERIENCE/PLM or non-PLM systems, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and mutual understanding.

Validation & Cloud Migration

• Support the validation of new functionalities, ensuring accuracy, usability, and compliance with requirements.
• Drive cloud migration/adoption initiatives, with a preference for AWS and Azure

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in PLM with at least 6+ years in REX (requirements exchange and management).
• Extensive hands-on experience with the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
• Proven experience working with cloud migrations/adoption, particularly AWS/Azure.

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of Manufacturing/APQP processes.
• Strong expertise in process mapping from PLM and non-PLM systems.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills for liaising between technical and business teams.
