  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for NAS (Network Attached Storage) products.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with 3C products, web-based services, virtual services, internet-related products, or after-sales support is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and accept shift schedules (no night shifts).
