Job Title: US Regulatory Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location: Irving, TX / Jersey City, NJ / Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The US Regulatory SME will be responsible for providing expert guidance on regulatory compliance, ensuring that the company meets all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. This role involves staying up to date with regulatory changes, advising on compliance strategies, and working closely with various departments to implement best practices. A key focus will be on the implementation and generation of US Capital and Liquidity regulatory reports and consumer banking reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the SME in the implementation and generation of regulatory reports, working closely with business and enabling Business Analysts (BAs), Technology teams, and Product Management.

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and updates relevant to the company's operations.

Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance and risk management to technology & product management functions

Collaborate with Business, Technology and Product Management to bring business knowledge into the technology org

Act as SME in aiding the construction and implementation of robust regulatory reporting solution: o Specific experience with US Capital, Liquidity, and Consumer Banking regulatory reports (e.g., FR Y-9C, FR Y-14Q/M, FR 2052a, LCR, HMDA, CRA, TILA).

Train and educate staff on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in regulatory compliance.

Understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Data - quality of data, resolving data concerns, etc.

Experience in compiling process and data quality metrics, writing and editing procedural and technical documentation, analyzing results to clearly communicate data-driven analysis to senior management.
