  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and key performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Proven track record in feature delivery, product trade-offs, and roadmap strategy.
  • Experience managing HR system migrations and end-to-end product delivery.
  • Strong background in owning and developing technology-driven HR products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
  • Strong ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
