The successful candidate will drive product lifecycle management, oversee HR system migrations, and leverage data-driven insights to influence executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for HR products.
- Create a product roadmap aligned with business and HR goals.
- Conduct in-depth gap analysis of HR functionalities across enterprise systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor HR product performance, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and key performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from planning and development to release and ongoing maintenance.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
- Proven track record in feature delivery, product trade-offs, and roadmap strategy.
- Experience managing HR system migrations and end-to-end product delivery.
- Strong background in owning and developing technology-driven HR products.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
- Strong ability to influence senior leadership through data-driven insights.
