Contract Role
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Agile Project Managers to join our dynamic
Financial Services technology team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep
understanding of Agile Scrum concepts and a proven track record of
successfully implementing Agile methodologies in non-Agile environments.
This role requires individuals who can set up effective processes, drive change,
and deliver projects or products in challenging client environments while
adhering to timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and implementation of Agile Scrum frameworks in non-Agile settings, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Jira expertise to design and manage workflows, track progress, and optimize project delivery.
- Drive product and project delivery with a focus on timeliness, quality, and
- client satisfaction in complex and demanding environments.
- Act as a change agent, collaborating with stakeholders to foster an Agile mindset and culture.
- Support Rich in delivering on commitments to coach and train Apollo project teams and stakeholders, enhancing their Agile capabilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, leveraging strong consulting skills to build trust and alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Agile Project Manager with a deep understanding of Agile Scrum principles.
- Proven expertise in Jira, including workflow configuration and management.
- Demonstrated success in driving Agile adoption and delivering projects in
- challenging, non-Agile client environments.
- Strong communication skills with a consulting mindset, capable of
- influencing and engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing cross
- functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the financial domain.
- Demonstrated experience as an Agile Coach (beyond project management),
- working directly with clients to enhance their Agile practices.
