Job Description:

  • As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Partner Marketing initiatives focused on two key customer segments: Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) and Mid-Market Enterprise (MME).
  • You will drive demand generation through marketing efforts and collaborate with priority partners to execute partner-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Working cross-functionally with Partner Marketers, Direct Marketing teams, and Sales stakeholders, you will identify and capitalize on key marketing opportunities to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion

Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing marketing campaigns including in-person and virtual events, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Work closely with priority partners to execute segment-specific marketing campaigns partnering with other PMMs to provide support and feedback
  • Evaluate partner performance, monitor pipeline hygiene, and strategically allocate marketing funds investments to high-performing partners
  • Monitor and report out on key performance indicators including sourced pipeline, closed won rate, and customer engagement
  • Own communications to Sales/BDR stakeholders on ongoing marketing campaigns, opportunities for customers, and events

Experience:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in go-to-market (GTM) strategies and demand generation techniques.
  • Proven experience in campaign and program management, including analyzing impact and measurement.
  • Experience working within the Cloud IT market and familiarity with partner ecosystems.
  • Background in segment marketing, with a strong understanding of SMB and MME customer needs
