Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Reconciliation & Data Engineer with a strong analytical background and expertise in TLM, GRU, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience leading large, complex projects, collaborating with business stakeholders, and driving project coordination and requirement gathering. Additionally, expertise in HIVE, Spark, and SQL is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliation projects using TLM/GRU with a focus on process optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Coordinate and lead large-scale projects, ensuring timely execution.
• Work with big data technologies such as HIVE and Spark to build and optimize data processing workflows.
• Develop and maintain SQL-based solutions for reconciliation and reporting.
• Drive data analysis, validation, and issue resolution within reconciliation frameworks.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

• 10+ years of experience in large and complex projects, focusing on data reconciliation (TLM, GRU).
• Expertise in HIVE, Spark, and SQL for data processing and analysis.
• Strong background in requirement gathering, project coordination, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with business and technical teams.
