- Azure Monitor, RHEL 6/7/8, Bash/Ksh Shell Scripting, Log Analytics. Monitoring & Tools: Grafana, Azure monitor,
- Basic knowledge on VMware
- Crtical Incidnet management
- Azure portal
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and file systems.
- Configure and monitor services like Apache/Nginx, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and SSH.
- Automate tasks and processes using Bash, Python, or Ansible.
- Implement system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot system and network issues using tools like journalctl, systemd, and tcpdump.
- Set up and manage containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Ensure compliance with security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate on backup strategies and disaster recovery planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 35+ years of experience in Linux system administration.
- Strong understanding of Linux file systems, kernel parameters, and shell scripting.
- Experience with virtualization tools like KVM or VMware.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or Linux+ are a plus.
