- Manage the iEngage Specialty and Complete licenses, ensuring compliance and efficient utilization across the organization.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, coordination, or similar roles.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects and ensuring successful execution.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create analysis and communicate a story to stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining flexibility and adaptability.
