Business Development Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Director to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing and expanding our offline channels, driving product entry, and fostering business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
2. Identify, establish and manage offline channels, including but not limited to large-scale supermarkets, while nurturing strong cooperative relationships.
3. Participant in industry-related exhibitions to attract new customers, identify potential products and promote product placement within target channels
4. Collect market information and competitor dynamics, analyze market trends, and provide recommendations for product development and marketing strategies
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. 5-8 years of experience in business expansion in the US market; Proven experience in beauty products, outdoor goods, luxury items, electronics, or FMCG is essential. Candidates with extensive resources in large supermarkets are preferred.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
4. Strong market insight and analytical skills, able to independently develop and execute sales strategies.
5. Good teamwork spirit and ability to work under pressure, adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
