- Assist with travel coordination including air travel and car services.
- Order catering for in-office meetings.
- Set up conference rooms for meetings and assist with scheduling seminars.
- 2 - 4+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting, preferably within financial services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, independent, problem-solving attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Life, Accident, and Health License a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
