We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of SEO to join our Retail team located in WHITE PLAINS, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for both the strategic and hands-on aspects of our SEO efforts, including content optimization, technical SEO, and running site audits across several websites.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
Manage optimization of both content and technical aspects of our websites
Conduct comprehensive site audits to identify areas of improvement
Oversee the management of our Content Management System (CMS) to ensure optimal SEO performance
Utilize tools such as SEMrush to track performance and generate insights
Handle the SEO aspects of our website, including on-page and off-page SEO
Continually monitor and adjust our SEO tactics based on performance data
Collaborate with teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and digital marketing
Handle the SEO aspects of our website, including on-site and off-site SEO.
Requirements
Extensive experience in the retail industry is essential.
Proven track record as a Director of SEO or similar role.
Proficiency in On-Page SEO, On-site SEO, Off-site SEO, and Off-Page SEO is required.
Demonstrated expertise in using SEMrush for SEO analysis and strategy planning.
Familiarity with various CMS Platforms is necessary.
Strong knowledge of Content Management System (CMS) is mandatory.
Ability to develop and implement effective SEO strategies.
Excellent analytical skills to monitor and evaluate SEO performance.
Strong leadership skills to manage the SEO team efficiently.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise with different teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or relevant field is preferred.
Relevant certification in SEO or Digital Marketing is a plus.
