Your Role
The AP Systems & Reporting Analyst is a highly depended on position in the Asset Protection Department. The AP Systems & Reporting Analyst needs to be analytical and detail oriented. The Analyst will generate numerous trend reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis with frequent requests for statistical analysis. The role requires the ability to transition from daily tasks to completing ad hoc requests by the AP leadership with agility and speed to meet deadlines. The Analyst reports to the Manager Asset Protection Systems and Reporting, working a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days in office per week.

Maximum Salary: $86,835.00

Qualifications
Your Impact
- Research physical inventory, internal/external theft reporting, and the Actionable Shrink Intelligence Program.
- Apply analytical skills in data mining, data transformation/visualization, and statistical trend analysis
- Perform data extraction from multiple sources and compile information into actionable analytics to make recommendations or call outs based on analysis results.
- Collaborate with the entire Asset Protection department to support special projects involving RFID, Physical Inventories, and AP Analytics reporting.
- Demonstrate strong customer services skills and be able to manage workload to complete tasks with minimal supervision at times. and
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Accounting, or Criminal Justice preferred.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience working in data analytics, statistics, or modeling.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in data transformation, visualization, and extraction.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Tableau, Micro Strategy, or Business Objects.
- Retail work experience required, having a basic understanding of Asset Protection Operations.
- Snowflake, SQL, or Python systems experiences preferred.
