Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong background and experience with the MS Office Suite, Oracle EBS financial modules (AP, AR, GL, SLA), Oracle database queries and utilities, and/or reporting software to perform analysis. The position requires excellent attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
The Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials Functional Analyst plays a key role exploring, interpreting and documenting business requirements and working with technical developers and Solution Architect to design, develop, test, and implement enhanced EBS application functionality.
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS with demonstrated experience with Oracle Applications covering Payables, Receivables, GL/SLA, and Trade Management.
Experience with Purchasing and iProcurement modules a plus
Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service in the most challenging environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to produce required training and/or procedural (work instruction) documentation.
SQL*Plus and Discoverer working knowledge with ability to construct simple database queries a plus.
Experience with at least one packaged help desk/ticket tracking application.
