The Client is seeking a highly experienced Safeforce Enterprise Architect to support the technical roadmap and strategic architecture of the HHSC Salesforce Org. This role plays a vital part in translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable system, application, and process designs that align with organizational and state IT standards. Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into specific system/application designs, interlocked with detailed financial modeling for large, complex Salesforce-based solutions.
- Create and maintain architecture documentation that reflects non-functional requirements, security principles, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
- Collaborate with other Salesforce architects to maintain a unified and strategic architectural vision.
- Construct comprehensive risk assessments, remediation plans, and scope documentation for complex projects.
- Design and implement integrations using MuleSoft, REST APIs, and other tools for both Salesforce-native and external systems.
- Oversee the technical development of Salesforce solutions using low-code/no-code approaches such as Flows, Process Builders, and Workflow Rules, minimizing reliance on custom code.
- Deliver high-quality, hands-on development tasks using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Aura, LWC, JavaScript, and HTML5 when necessary.
- Participate in incident/problem management and provide guidance for resolving complex system and software issues.
- Maintain Salesforce Orgs, environments, security configurations, and support practices.
- Compose technical documentation and Statements of Work using internal tools.
- Be available for on-call production support, extended hours, and limited time-off periods based on business needs.
