Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP HR/HCM Functional Consultant to support and enhance SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with HR business partners to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP HR functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and propose robust SAP HCM solutions
Collaborate with SAP HR business partners to deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot SAP functionality
Develop functional and technical expertise in Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Succession, Assessment)
Work on logical database info types, personnel area creation, and interface troubleshooting
Prepare high-quality functional specifications based on business requirements
Develop and enhance SAP HCM payroll functions, operations, and features
Create and enhance Infotypes in Personnel Administration (PA)
Provide expertise in Time Management and Attendance Modules, with at least 1-2 full lifecycle implementations
Work on SuccessFactors implementation projects across various roles and phases
Liaise directly with business areas to diagnose SAP HCM issues and design new solutions
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in SAP HR/HCM functional consulting
Hands-on experience in SAP PA (Personnel Administration), Payroll, and Benefits
Experience in Enhancements, Payroll Functions, Operations, and Features in HCM
Knowledge of SuccessFactors implementation
Extensive experience in Time Management and Attendance Modules
