Responsibilities:
- Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested CRM applications.
- This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests.
- Develop detailed programming specifications, writing and generating code, compiling data-driven programs and conducting unit tests.
- Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.
- Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications and in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts, policies and practices.
- Experience with middleware and gateways.
- Experience reviewing, analyzing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging.
- Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues.
- Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with the project team.
- Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
- Ability to provide user and system documentation as required.
Tools and Technologies - 20%:
- Experience in solution development and analysis with MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform including creating and customizing Model Driven Apps, Power Automate workflows, Azure Security configurations and Power Pages.
- Experience in programming and analysis with Mic, Web Development skills including HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax to update Dynamics 365 Forms and Portal webpages.
- Experience with Agile DevOps development methodology, Version Control Repositories, CI/CD Pipelines Experience with compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005.
- Experience working on Public Sector I& IT Projects.
- Desirable experience would be within an ITSM toolset.
