Business Development Manager – Mid-Sized Contract Research Organization (CRO)
I am currently representing a growing and innovative mid-sized CRO, is seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive their growth and expand their presence in the clinical research market. This role is critical in fostering client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and advancing the organization’s mission to deliver excellence across Phase 1-4 clinical trials in a variety of therapeutic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Represent the CRO at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings to showcase capabilities and build brand recognition.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project management, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs, to design and present tailored solutions for client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or client relations within a CRO or life sciences organization.
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and Phase 1-4 drug development.
