The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting staff, and handling administrative tasks to keep the marketing company running efficiently. Responsibilities Of The Office Coordinator

  • The Office Coordinator will oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance to support the needs of the marketing company.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling reception duties with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating company events, and supporting team logistics.
  • The Office Coordinator will play a key role in organizing internal communications and keeping the team informed of office updates.
  • Maintain records, process invoices, and provide general administrative support as needed.
  • Support HR and administrative functions, including onboarding new employees and assisting with office policies.

Required Experience for the Office Coordinator:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Office Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Experience working in a marketing company or creative industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • The ideal Office Coordinator will be adaptable, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive office environment within a marketing company.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
