The annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - $320,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. - Private Company Mergers and Acquisitions: Managing deals from initial strategy through closing, including drafting and negotiating transaction documents.
- Corporate Governance: Advising clients on compliance, board governance, and organizational matters.
- Commercial Contracts: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of complex agreements.
- LLC/Shareholder Agreements: Structuring and drafting agreements that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
- General Corporate Matters: Providing comprehensive support to companies on a wide range of corporate issues.
- Private Equity: Familiarity with private equity transactions and structures.
- Sophisticated M&A Transactions: Experience managing or leading complex deals.
- Private Securities Offerings: Knowledge of securities law and experience with offerings under Regulation D or similar frameworks.
