As the team continues to grow, they are now seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to serve as a strategic technical advisor and relationship manager. In this role, you’ll align client business needs with tailored IT strategies, delivering proactive solutions and technical expertise while working closely with internal teams.

The Role:

As a CRM, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships while guiding clients through the integration of technology solutions. You will manage detailed technology roadmaps, address technical challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations. You’ll also provide strategic guidance on their products and services and lead high-impact technical advisory services.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with an onsite work setup.

What You Need:

  • Over 3 years of experience as an Account Manager
  • Hands-on experience as a technician or a Senior System Administrator
  • Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, Virtualization, Project Management) are a plus
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Ticketing Systems, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware and Office 365
  • A desire to deliver a fantastic experience for customers!
