Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent our brand directly at in-person events, engaging with potential customers in a friendly, professional, and memorable way.
  • Drive sales and promote our products/services by interacting with target customers at events and increasing brand awareness.
  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our offerings to ensure they make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics by proactively engaging with potential customers at events and following up as needed.
  • Support at live marketing events, product demos, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback that refines sales strategies and strengthens customer relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to adjust tactics and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales or event representation is not required, though it’s a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and self-driven, with a passion for representing our brand and products.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a cooperative team.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time-management abilities.
  • A professional, energetic, and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
