Position Overview

The Procurement Lead of Travel Services will join an existing team of 4 and be responsible for travel management/services and monthly expense reimbursement while reporting to the National Director who oversees the department.

Responsibilities Of The Procurement Lead Of Travel Services

  • The Procurement Lead of Travel Services will be responsible for managing processes throughout the department.
  • Manage the travel services, bookings, and negotiations for the staff.
  • Track outgoing expenses and overall costs incurred.
  • Coordinate procurement initiatives with outside vendors.

Required Experience/Skills for the Procurement Lead of Travel Services:

  • The Procurement Lead of Travel Services will have 4+ years of experience in procurement.
  • Knowledge of booking/coordinating travel programs.
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or similar.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • High attention to detail.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a similar field is required.
