JD :

  • Managing Google Workspace Deployment,Migration & Support for multiple deployments
  • Hands on experience with various data migration tools(Google native and 3rd party

tools)

  • 2 years+ Hands on experience with scripting/API integration and development
  • Managing customer relationships and winning confidence for technical delivery.
  • Supporting team in technical configuration, change management activities,
  • perform ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change,

configuration, and event management.

  • To ensure that service agreements with the provider are observed and concluded.
  • To analyze service KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and user feedback to propose

and implement improvement actions, and increase the level of customer satisfaction.

  • Provide GWS Support.Working Knowledge of GWS Administration, Data migration with

different tools, Google Cloud Directory Sync,GAM with hands on experience

  • Familiarity with IT security practices such as identity and access management, device

management, and data protection

  • Familiar with MS Active Directory, MS Exchange, Powershell, MDM
  • Plan, set up, and execute data migration from the client s legacy system (e.g. O365 etc)
