Senior Web Developer

Role: Senior Web Developer 3

Duration: 6 months

Location: Austin, TX( Remote)

Required Skills:

• 8 years of experience in software product development, digital design, UX/UI or a related field
• 8 years of designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
• 8 years of portfolio of user research, visual design, and usability studies that demonstrates a high level of professionalism
• 8 years of experience conducting user and usability research
• 5 years of demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
• 5 years of demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
• 4 years of direct experience leading large-scale UX/UI efforts
• 4 years of documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
• 3 years of experience ensuring designs and website confirm to federal accessibility guidelines

Preferred Skills:

• 3 years of documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
• 2 years of documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
