Create and enhance tools using Workday, Excel, and Access to streamline HR processes.
Work closely with various business teams to integrate productivity targets and labor goals into our overarching workforce strategy.
Review HR system transactions for data integrity issues, recommending procedural adjustments or user training to enhance troubleshooting efforts.
Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an analytical role.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong communication, organization, and multi-tasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
