Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories or functional specs.
- Work with product owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Review and improve operational documentation and procedures.
- Review test cases to ensure they cover all business scenarios.
- Prepare materials for meetings (agendas, action items, minutes).
- Participate in status meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
