Description

As Apple's Talent Management Program Manager, you will run our talent planning program, including project management and change leadership for the annual enterprise-wide Talent Planning Event. You will partner closely with our People Business Partners (PBPs) worldwide to enable them to effectively lead talent planning within their lines of business, including building manager capability to engage in this strategic work. Our team is committed to continuous improvement across all of our programs, and you will evaluate and evolve existing programs and resources—track how they’re doing, analyze results, and implement improvements. In partnership with our analytics team, you'll identify critical insights and share recommendations to support talent and business objectives. You will collaborate within the talent management team and with key partners to drive operational excellence across our portfolio of talent management programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 8+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years of experience working as a specialist in Talent Management (or related field) leading programs for a business.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
