  • Proficiency in development tools and technologies, including version control systems, integrated development environments (IDEs), and testing frameworks.
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system implementation best practices.
  • Knowledge of incentive compensation and sales performance management concepts and best practices.
