Job Title: Insider Threat Project Manager
Seeking an experienced Insider Threat Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive detection and reaction plan governance model for insider risk management. This role focuses on business processes and target operating model frameworks to mitigate insider risks, including fraud, PII data leakage, and insider ethics violations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Governance Models: Create and oversee governance frameworks for detecting and reacting to insider threats within the organization.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and manage insider risks, including fraud, PII data leakage, and ethical violations.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, HR, Legal, and Compliance teams to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to insider threat management.
Detection and Reaction Planning: Design and implement processes for detecting and responding to insider threats, ensuring timely and effective mitigation.
Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on recognizing and reporting insider threats.
Policy Development: Establish and maintain policies and procedures related to insider threat management.
Incident Response: Lead or assist in investigations of insider threat incidents, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure appropriate actions are taken.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of the insider threat program, including metrics and incident trends.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in insider threat management, risk management, or a related field.
Skills: Strong understanding of insider threat detection and response strategies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and experience in developing and implementing governance models.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
