Position Title Academic Success Specialist, CVM Department CVM Student Services Position Category Staff Full Time Job Description
Under the direction of the Associate Dean for Student Affairs/Admissions, and Director of Academic Success (DAS), the Academic Success Specialists will work with the Office of Student Affairs and Admission, outcomes assessment committee, exam services, academic support and LMU counseling department to develop individualized student success plans and identify, support and implement new initiatives aimed toward student success. The Academic Success Specialist will work with faculty to develop and deliver classes, workshops and seminars geared toward NAVLE success, both in the preclinical and clinical years. The candidate will promote research, excellence and innovations in teaching practices and student success.
