- Oversee the AI transformation program, with a specific focus on Microsoft Copilot platform adoption, ensuring project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive program success.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
- Assist with other strategic projects, including the investment data modernization program.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Program Initiatives:
- Implementing Copilot for Microsoft 365 applications.
- Enhancing intelligent document processing capabilities.
- Integrating various AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes within the organization.
Collaboration:
- Most of the implementation will be done with current staff in-house. Therefore, the AI Program Manager will need to work closely with internal peers rather than external vendors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in AI or technology-related projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft platform, with a focus on implementing and adopting Copilot platform solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Prior experience with AI adoption is preferred.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
