Job Title: AI Program Manager

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid Onsite Policy)

Job Type: W2 Contract

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level AI Program Manager to lead our AI transformation program with a strong focus on Microsoft Copilot platform adoption. This pivotal role involves managing the overall strategy, execution, and delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with our organizational goals. In addition to the AI transformation program, the AI Program Manager will also contribute to other key projects, such as the investment data modernization program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the AI transformation program, with a specific focus on Microsoft Copilot platform adoption, ensuring project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive program success.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program progress.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution.
  • Assist with other strategic projects, including the investment data modernization program.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Program Initiatives:
  • Implementing Copilot for Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Enhancing intelligent document processing capabilities.
  • Integrating various AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline processes within the organization.

Collaboration:
  • Most of the implementation will be done with current staff in-house. Therefore, the AI Program Manager will need to work closely with internal peers rather than external vendors.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in program management, particularly in AI or technology-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft platform, with a focus on implementing and adopting Copilot platform solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with AI adoption is preferred.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
